After measuring a garrett super sluice pan riffles.....out with the verniers.........some graph paper.

Geez mate I'm feeling like my decimal point is in the wrong spot now! Hope you see some reward for research I like it.
 
Well I will say,....bang on 0.5 of a gram,....waiting apprehensively.
 
Same theory as theSmithy

Assume pan is 15" - scale the letter P, convert to mm, compare with size of nugget
Assume nugget is 11.52 x 4.64 x 4.39 - multiply by 0.87 to allow for surface contour (read BS factor)
Multiply by 19.3
Answer = 3.9401 grams.
