FIND of Spring competition.
October, November & December.

Please read the rules carefully before entering.
All Australian members having reached 10 "legitimate" posts on the forum are eligible to enter.

Post your FIND of the Season entries for Spring October, November & December 2022 below this post after 7am AEST on the 1st October 2022 up to midnight AEST on the 31st December.

General Overview of Competition Terms and Conditions

FIND OF THE SEASON RULES: Please read.

- The find can be any object/s (but NOT including gold nuggets, fine gold and gemstones - see seperate competition). TOKENS, or coin spills of 3 or more but MUST NOT be a single identifiable Coin.

- The item/s entered must have been found metal detecting, fossicking or prospecting and recovered legally by the member entering it.

- The item must have been found after joining the forum.

- The item must be found in Australia.

- You must have also posted a picture of the find in the appropriate section to be eligible to enter a monthly award. (Members finds thread or wherever you normally post your finds)

- The find submitted must be found in the months the competition is active. (Items found on the last day of the final month can be entered in the following season's comp)

- The post with the DATE item/s found, must be accompanied by a picture of the find/s and a short description.

- The item entered must be clearly identified. Where possible, the only item/s in the picture should be the one/s that is being entered.

- Find of the Season will be decided by member votes using an online polling system.

- Maximum 6 entries per member

- All winners will be entered into the Find of the year competition and a small prize will be up for grabs.

Please refrain from commenting on every find as this will just make it difficult to keep track of the entries.

I will not enter as I am running the comps.

IF YOU HAVE NOT FOLLOWED ALL OF THE ABOVE WITH YOUR ENTRY, IT WILL BE REMOVED OR MARKED AS NOT ELIGIBLE. You will now be sent a PM asking you to read the rules before re-entering. This is just so we don't need to chase dates, wait for PM replies, and modify posts.

- The prize awarded to the eligible winner is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the competition end date unless otherwise stated in the competition rules. If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days or is disqualified for any reason, the Moderating Team reserves the right to not award that prize. By entering the competition you will be taken to accept this (and any other terms and conditions of the competition).
