G'day members. A very generous member who wants to remain anonymous has asked to run a competition to win a small amount of gold. The nugget weighs 0.59gm and there will be 0.5gm of fines. See pic 1.
To win you have to guess the value of the coins in the jar below. See pic 2.

Rules.
One guess per member. Any posts which have been edited will be disqualified.
If there are 2 correct answers the one posted first will win.
Only myself and the generous member know the value so others may join in the competition
The current owner of the gold will not be guessing!!! As I am helping run the competition, I will not be having a guess.
Comp closes Jan 31st at midday.
Postage included within Australia ONLY. EDIT Open to Australian residents only.

Best of luck to all and thanks again to the generous member for the kind donation.

Quick question if I may ramjet, theres a high chance that nobody will fluke the correct amount 8.( so after the cut off date is it all bets off and prize stays with its generous owner? Or is there a second chance draw of sorts? Its just a suggestion but if its not guessed by the closing date why not narrow the odds down a bit, example would be you and generous donor know the amount and say for example its $300 you could then tell us members that the amount is in between $150 and $450 ?
Just a thought :Y:

Maybe I could put up a half grammer for a correct geuss on whats growing in the bottle. Im curious :D

Go for it Bjay? Put ya nugget on the line???? :D :Y:
Well its not a half grammer but cant find my scales and this one should be around .3 and cant remember where it came from. Most I remember where I found them so have no sentimental attachment to this one .So after this comp finishes, the first correct geuss as to whats growing in the bottle shall receive the little nugget. Hope this is all above board and ok.
No guesses before this one finishes. And will be relying on OP to confirm plant type.hope this is all ok.

$478 I recon,".........thanks anon. Thats good beer money!

Sorry team. I have just finished 4 night shifts. A bit of a zombie today. I will answer all queries after I have had some rest.
