I've been stewing Apricots to give to my mate that brought his little Hains Hunter up for me to use while the Office is out of action, he's come up today and we're going fishing tomorrow, check out how clean that stove is, Miss Kay won't even know I've used it, No Mess Charlie that's me.

Old mate Sqeeky Pete gave me all his home brew stuff and last week I made a Wicked batch of Irish Stout, I was never interested in trying to make beer as it's reasonably cheap and I'd have no hope of making anything that tastes like Crownies, Boags or VB but my Brew master mate Flipper who makes unbelievable Guinness said "I'll show you how to make it" and he did, just gotta be patient now and let it mature.

I tried the Coopers Lager and only 1 sugar cube. Nearly knocked my head off and my a seasoned Tooheys man commented how nice it was and the strength was way above what he had expected. I reckon I was p'd after 3 of their plastic bottles.

I didn't cook this but I grew the apricots, it's Miss Kay's Apricot Cake but bad news for me, she's going out for lunch tomorrow and taking it with her and I have to deliver Meals On Wheels, I bet they don't save me a piece.

Then I tried Jalopeno Poppers with chedder and bousin cheese stuffing wrapped in Smoked Spanish Serrano....

Supermarket shelves were nigh on empty!
So trying a different cut of meat for this weeks Jerky batch!
It's already marinated, but going in my secret recipe marinade for 48 hours then into the smoker!
Hope this one turns out awesome!!!
