Sunday BBQ. Buffalo chicken tenders to start. Ribs about to be wrapped, and then rested and sauced. Since I'm diabetic sauce is low carb.

Ribs cooked on the Weber Summit Charcoal. Lump charcol and pecan.

I'm gunna grow some Jalapenos but am looking for a way to preserve them-any tips.

Pickle them, dry them, freeze, smoke.
