Carol could start a whole new thread, Recipes :Y: you better be careful on your calorie intake Doug or you'll need to dig for 8 hours a day to stay in shape.

That's why I go out detecting RM, so there is something nice to eat when I get back.

Carol has just asked me to put a request out there for Traditional Recipes for nice things to eat. I'll put the question out there under General.

Shallow fried in butter and garlic with some veges on the side.
Sensational!!

Smoked up some chicken thighs on the Weber this evening.
Charred them a little on direct heat and then moved them over to indirect.
Glazed with a Korean style mix of honey, sesame seeds, chilli sauce and a few other bits and pieces.
Turned out mighty delicious :drooling:
