Anybody who's had anything to do with meeting the barrage of red tape when dealing with the bureaucrats in government would understand the delays created by these pen pushers. Their delays over the last couple of years have been waiting for that red tape to be cut. They did warn that this launch could be delayed by Alfred and it became a reality.
Seems like Gilmour are a lot better at making promo videos and excuses than they are at making and launching rockets! Unfortunately, others like SpaceX and RocketLab have already proven themselves much more reliable at doing what they say they'll do and taken a commanding lead in the independent space launch business. Still, only a 12 month delay until next wet/cyclone season and another 'nearly ready' Gilmour announcement.
Elon's eyes are elsewhere... Hence his 2 latest failures..
I do know that the Rocket does exist... I have seen it at their Factory the day before they left for Mackay... Or was that one the dummy one..

I like the way the Martians dropped by in their little buggy to say G'Day but it seemed to advance to what appeared to be a sexual transaction before the earthlings returned. All previous movies have indicated that sort of thing only happened when they visited here
