I was going to send Ralph a pic of his dog tag but what if Ralph is dead? Could be awkward.

I was surprised the amount of money. I thought this park was a sure thing for having been hit before. 2 coins spills under one tree.
 
So I did some research, planning to finally pull a predec out of the ground. Found a park that was established ~ 1940. the 1943 arial shot shows the trees are new.

no predecimals. $21 in coins so far and some of the assorted crap.

I'll keep going, surely there's gotta be a lost penny in this 85 year old park waiting for me?
 
Even though no pre-decimals, still got to be happy with the number of goldies being unearthed. Keep scouring the place, should hopefully be some older coins still lying in the ground. Good luck. :)
 
Yeah.. the original pathway was dirt. its been paved.. The tennis courts have been upgraded, I'm working along the shady trees but its only a small park I might just cover the whole area.
