I had an appt. for an MRI of brain and eyes. I was told that i would need an dye injected for the MRI involved-no worries ok with me. It necessitated a canula being inserted. All went ok for the 1/2 hr MRI.
I dropped into Dan Murphy's on the way back and had this uncontrollable urge to urinate. As hard as I tried it just took over my head and then began to trickle out of my body - I had no control at all.
Luckily I was able to cover it up with what I was wearing and was parked in the disability spot just outside the main door. I might have been better if I had black trackies on but I was wearing grey----how embarrassing.
I drove home and not a mil more came out???
1st time in my life this has happened and last I hope. There was a time a while back under some pain medication it happened at home -christ it's embarrassing. :(

Thats a natural reaction to the dye Jaros.... I had some one day and i really thought i did make a mess... But thank god it was just a false call... They usually make you wait for 15min before letting you go home...

If it does Fluorescent next time, post it up in the 'Fluorescent Mineral' section..

LW...

I have slight IBS.

Got to be a bit careful some times.

Going on site one day in an emergency I had a small fluctuation.
Or so I thought.

Mad dash to a nearby cubicle for a clean up.
Then rushed to buy some fresh cloth's.

Got cleaned up fresh and ready, Happened again.

Not happy Jan.

I recently had a CT scan, where they give you a "contrast" fluid to drink and iodine injection through cannula during the scan.
They warn you that you will feel warm and the need for a piss.
Neither happened with me, but its a common thing.
