Cartridge cases look like a 45 ACP and a 303, a little unusual in a park if you ask me, recently developed area with a long history of activity?

Mmmmm not sure how they got there. But I now understand that soil raised around parks are new added soil and low part of park is old one. And If digger does not go in easily or soil is containing rock or concrete, then soil must came from somewhere and I will not dig those area. Are those bullet casing old ones?
