Had a bit of free time so decided to try a screw feeder for the table . The idea is to fit under the existing feed hopper . The problem now is that the drive system does not work.
A minor pimple on the a##?! of life when we have ebay . So off to China where all sorts of goodies can be found and sometimes bought . Awaiting the arrival of a "waterproof motor and reduction gearbox ' .
The end sections will have either slots or holes in them to spread the cons . Stay tuned ....

I'm hoping to get away with a small feed bin under the hopper that can't overflow then a small conveyor feeding from there. The speed of the conveyor will control the rate of material entering the concentrator. I'll put up a sketch when I get a chance.

I finally had the screw auger working with variable speed . The trick was to have a gap below the screw to allow for buildup stopping the screw with an external piece of pipe to regulate the amount as well .
How big is your concentrator ?
