Some awesome looking food you guys are cooking. Just a simple Asian broth with some prawns n veg tonight.

My first "chook cook"! :lol:
Never cooked a whole chicken before so I thought what better way to do it than on the "Dragon".
Brined for 5 hours in the fridge:
Then some rice bran oil, salt and pepper and a can up its clacker to stand it upright on the grill:
Looking and smelling good!
3 hours later:
Finger lickin good!!!
Gettin hungry now just thinking about it ha ha.

Yeah bit hard to believe Ramjet. Have cooked chicken pieces etc but always just bought an already roasted chook from the shops.
Won't be buying many of them anymore!!
