Im cooking a hot Beef Vindaloo Curry, with potato, pumpkin, carrot, onion & chickpeas, fortified with 1 Carolina Reaper Chilli :fire: , a tablespoon of Birdseye Chilli flakes :fire: , & 6 red Thai Chillis :fire:

Not doing a lot of cooking. We are trying to support local eateries in these harsh times. I am still working so we are eating a lot of take away from places within walking distance. Not traveling too far and the dog and I get a little exercise.

I was growing super hots a few years ago. Ate one of every variety that I grew. Lots of sweat n ****. :lol:
