Fish (Mahi-mahi) and chips here tonight.
A mate caught this beauty back in late February and gave us some fillets.

I fried them up in some olive oil, butter, garlic, salt and pepper.

Cooked up some chips in the oven and had a tasty dinner.

Garlic and rosemary marinated lamb leg here tonight.
Smoked with some Redgum on the Kettle.
A few tasty vegetables and the gravy made out of the drippings from the lamb :drooling: :beer: :beer:

Tandoori chicken from last night, tandoori paste marinated and roasted the chicken.
Simmered a peeled tin tomato, tomato paste, tandori paste, onion, garlic, lemon juice sauce.
Topped with greek natural yogurt and dill.

First crack at my own chilli sauce recipe based on tandoori flavours.

Help needed. Wife bought me a Jumbuck Gas Fired Pizza Oven, beauty, I dont have a problem with pizzas but what else can I cook in the thing? I tried to find a cookbook but no luck.
Any ideas would be appreciated as I am really impressed with the cooking on here but need a book.

It's just an outdoor oven in the shape of a pizza oven.
You can cook what ever you want mate.Pork / Chicken /Ribs / prawns...Ect etc. Good luck and we look forward to seeing the results.
