Oh god no!....I have an 'aversion' to pressure cookers! My dad bought mum one......but she still cooked the veggies in it for 15 mins!....I was 18 before I discovered a brussel sprout was round, and not just 'mush'! :argh:
 
I've been on a road trip through Western NSW with Jannine over the last 10 days. A highlight was a visit to the old Daydream silver mine at Silverton. I'll post about it when I sort out the photos.

Anyway, I'm glad to be home after eating in cafes, pubs and restaurants all that time.

So a nice home cooked meal was called for.

Slow roasted pork spare ribs, jacket potato, spinach and braised beetroot with gravy.
