My dad wouldn't have them called Hash Browns, as they were potatoe patties when he was a kid, and his family came from Ireland, so he and I have no problem with potatoe patties, just don't call them that Yank name.

Yup yup.Simple can be tasty. I have been entering a few 5 ingredient meals in some Fakebook groups. Nice to try pumping out the flavour with limited ingredients.

Scored some family home made salami, which is delicious on it's own btw.

Silverside in the slow cooker last night. I put all the ingredients in at 5 am before going to work. Mrs RJ turned it on when she woke. I did the veges when I got home. White sauce and mustard sauce. Bloody yummy.

A neighbour gave us some home made Italian salami and it tasted so fatty--I couldn't eat it neither would the dog.
I know a bloke that has just made 90 kg of South African sausages but I forgot to ask the name of it.
