Righto so as promised here's the best venison you will ever eat, home butchered and chicken with a Gyros wet rub. Bought the chicken pre rubbed from the local butcher and did the venison with our son in law. Got all bases covered from adults to kids couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my 50th.
