A 1922 penny & half penny - both rather toasted condition which is typical for around here. The penny is a bit slimy still as it has been soaking in olive oil.
I can see the reason your called 'Silver'

Joe,..that corn cobby thing looks like the go for checking out(thanks), I was imagining something a bit different with lots of coins in together(haha);
I'm with you GP on the olive oil,...but some of mine are still soaking years later,...then again we've got time on our side hey !

You said oldest forum's coin, you didn't mention about finding it in Australia...
Let's be soft, it is not my oldest found coin, but this one is more picturesque and still recall when I found it like it was yesterday (cos' it was the first of its type).
Obol from Massalia, around 100BC, 0.9g (yes it is VERY small).
