My take on this is. Its not about crosshairs on prospecting, fishing, hunting or any other outdoor activity. Its about people not travelling. There in lies the issue in my simple mind. I believe that the authorities have just put a blanket ban on these activities without thinking them through, but in these crazy times who can really blame them. Theres a whole lot of more important things for them to be worrying about at the moment. So in saying this to all those self entitled folks out there who dont want there annual Easter camping trip disturbed well think about your actions. How much I have learnt.
From what I've seen the average prospector don't show up with a 30 ton excavator and a mill.
I know there's heaps of threads about the restrictions that have been imposed on you
guys over the years but it would be cool to hear the opinions of the old hands of why people want to restrict a bunch of people with detectors,sluices and pans.

Really if people cant stay at home for a couple of months well we all be screwed.
