Hope all is doing well.
I'm on the look for drawings to build a dry Blower, something more than just the prospector size, 5 to 10 tph if possible.
If not then any help with the sluice box design and riffles .

Looking forward to hear from you great ppl out there.

Here’s one I’m about to start running here in Arizona, bringing some serious dry blowing to America (it’s not as popular here). Story and pics at Facebook link…..

Hey Jennifer

Looks like a well built machine but may I ask some questions please.

The shaker motor on a bridge for the top screens would present a problem with number one, feeding the dirt without damage and also what is the purpose of the second screen under the top one?

When this gets pegged it will be a nightmare to clean?.

I am unsure of the need for 2 screens but I do not know your situation where you are so just curious we all learn from each other.

Cheers Jim

I put two screens on mine when I built it. The top 25mm screen to remove most of the oversize and strong enough to withstand some rocks (6mm wire). The bottom screen a 7mm aperture to control the size reaching the riffles. We rarely get big gold because we're on shallow ground that has been worked by metal detectors for the last forty years.

If I was to do it again I'd do as I do now and put the dirt over the grizzly first to remove the rocks then run one 16mm screen. I built the last one with four bellows, I think that system works best but constant air is easier to build.
