A break in the music, for some commentary would be nice. Thats just my taste though, hearing the detectorist, try and guess the target, or ramble a bit about, how it was his oldest coin etc. I like that you do the detect, dig, and subtitle the find.

I agree with greg^^^ (if its possible) :)

Thought I would show my finds from last year and this year. The first pic is finds from September until December 2014. September is when I started detecting seriously again after giving up the bottle. Second pic is finds so far this year.

Lol, when I first saw the post, at first I thought that was the result of a recent hunt. :D Looks like it's going to be a healthy tally by the end of the year. ;)

My total for the weekend. 2 x 2 cents and 1 x 1 cent. Had a really great weekend. The Rocky Horror Show was awesome. We spent most of yesterday arvo just sitting at Margaritaville in Darling Harbour watching the people go by and listening to good music. Highly recommend it. We just ordered starters and snacks over several hours. Had a lovely young Swedish girl serving us and she was delightful. ( I may have over tipped her :D )

Friday on our way down we stopped on the Gosford waterfront for a family BBQ. Had an English Aunt and Uncle visiting. Only got the detector out for 15 minutes which is where all the coins came from. Had all the family follow me around the park and they were amazed when I told them it was a bottle cap or copper coin, probably 1 or 2 cents. before I dug it up.:D
I did get a genuine offer to stay with my Aunt when I get over to Britain to detect.

My lovely lady offered several times for me to go detecting but it was a weekend together so I declined. Even this morning we drove past a park near the Uni and she offered to stop for a coffee so I could detect. I think she's a keeper.

Home now and Steamfest is just winding up. Maybe I'll go down later and clean up where the merry go rounds and food stalls have been all weekend. I'm really keen for some silver after seeing all the great finds you all have detected over the last several days.

Thanks treasure man. I've been putting the effort in. Got my detector 2 years ago but didn't really get into it until September last year. Having a detecting buddy has also been good. He's keen to go so am I. Thanks Rocket for that
Talking to my lady on the weekend about the hobby/obsession. You constantly get a reward. Each target you dig encourages you to keep going. Then you get a silver or some other really interesting item and just want to keep at it.
