I stumbled across a couple the same on google but couldn't get any details on them. Certainly an ashtray, either a red indian design, indian motorcycles, or indian motel out hicksville somewhere

First spot... 2 badges

Again i cant yet get the date , but im pretty sure thats not Vicky's head ;)
 
The coming week's forcast is for rain (and work) :(
So i headed back out again this arvo to a familiar spot
I tried to stay away from those pesky rivet/tacks, though they are wide spread
The remaining areas are difficult to detect due to the long thick tufts of grass
I persevered , working slowly and digging every solid signal and was rewarded with some interesting pieces

Diameter is 34mm ... I cant see a date ... But im pretty sure thats a '4' under her head
Bit of a bugger thats the only spot that wont clean up easily :rolleyes:
It is much thicker than a normal penny

Cracking find that George IV coin, very difficult nut to crack finding one of those here in Australia.
