I caught Ramjet's BB King disease today! Got my oldest coin, a 1913 half penny

Spotted a spot the otherday, and forgot about it until today.....when its raining lol This site wont be there for me soon, it has a very small window of opportunity lol Anyway I get there, straight-up dug this, then it started pouring....am itching for sunshine now.

Well a few filthy hours, and besides some interesting relics....I drum roll....finally found a shilling! My biggest silver to date, and this cool button

There seems to be variations of this button which may help you date it. Yours has a V in the center. I have seen them with VI and VII

This temp site yielded a little more today, actually its so hard to detect, that I wont be too unhappy to see it gone.

These porcelian castor wheels are pretty cool, and I have found so many bits of them, heres a complete one though. A roo penny, bbs, a brass hanging thingy, and an old bearing/wheel, that seems to be brass. I dug almost half of a steel rim from a wagon wheel, kinda cool, didnt bring it home.

Anaconda's sale ends today, and I know that I would kick myself later for not buying it. The ace is good, but the bug has bitten I started with an aldi just 4 months ago.
