Hit the beach this morning with Mr T. About 3 hours on the sand before the rain came. After lunch Mr T had to go so i hit a couple of parks near by.

. The colum of 2 came from the beach the rest from the parks.

. I thought i was on a winner when 1st target at second park was a sixpence then a penny. Plenty of junk too.

Thanks guys. Those goldies make the 1hr drive worth it. Yeah PD's are a bonus. lol. I hit that park hard but no more yet. Didnt even do 1/4 of it. So there is still hope.

Smashing hunt Dave, lots of loose pockets at that beach. My goldie tally is well down from last year with next to no beach detecting so far this year, then there is the relaxation factor of a evening stroll on the sand - aaahhh!

Met up with rkt & rj today at "one" of there secret spots. Thanks guys for the invite I did ok with 3 pennies 2 roo & a 23 commy. a 45 6p. Lunch money & the obligitary BB's.

. And a realy cool belt buckle front plate (i think). OXFORD & CAMBRIDGE. Boating.

Nice Sixpence Dave, and the buckle is a FOMer for sure, who ever heard of a Boatie type one, they woulda all been lost at sea ,... Rare land find I'd recon ! 8)
