Lift weights.. the squat, the deadlift and the bench press will make a man of anyone. 12 months of that is like tossing a domesticated pig back out into the wild, you will become feral, stronk, and grow thick hair and tusks. Don't drink either, it poisons everything it touches. If you eat too much and lift, well, you'll just end up with more muscle and burn more of that fat, if you don't eat enough, well, the lifting will fuel your hunger and make you eat more and gain weight.
