Is there a vid on how to cut a nice plug in a track or park, so we don't upset the locals and council?

I agree the star on it looks crisp and pointy, and the coin has a hint of nice toning as well.

very nice hunt indeed. ESPECIALLY on the 1928 FLORIN, in considerably good condition.

The GPZ was accidentally leaked by a minelab web designer. Apparently it wasn't supposed to be announced for some time. It will be around $10k. So I doubt that they will loan me one. It was the first question I asked when I handed over my machine. I asked him if it was a marketing ploy but was told that the web designer was sacked.

Well took out the Aldi Elcheepo to a favorite park that doesn't have any rubbish.

Turned up the sensitivity to max and discriminated the first 5 bars out.

$14.00 in spendables

1961 George VI Penny

1943 George VI Half Penny

1913 George V Penny

1911 George V Half Penny

1942 Shilling

1962 Sixpence

1938 and 1961 Threepence

1903 Indian Head

1830 Virgin Mary Pendant

1915 Jacks Day Fundraising Pendant

Musket ball that would have taken someones head off (size of a beach sinker)

Looks like a bit of gold (non magnetic, will have to get it tested)

Usual 1 + 2 cents (lot of them chopped in half)

Not a bad day with the Aldi Elcheepo (I'm glad that the park is rubbish free)

Until next time

It's not the detector.

It's just an awesome park that everyone seems to have missed ;)

Hi thaitran,

I run my own program that I created.

Similar to the silver program but more tailored to the parks that I hunt.

I have also changed the tones as I find that the silver ones are all over the place.

Hi All,

Went out on Friday and Saturday night for about 5 hours.

Thanks to Miners Den for lending me their CTX.

$70.05 in spendables

A few pennies and halfs

1 Threepence

Highlight of the day is a 1891 Jubliee shilling.

A few other bits and pieces.

Too tired today to label everything.

Until next time.

Yes, the shilling is a great find, don't see many of those around, well done.

Nice of Miners Den to lend a CTX for the day, pretty good service. :)

Thanks guys.

I thought it was half a crown when it came out of the ground.

Had to look it up to find out what it was.

Weird signal as well 1:47

Hey Dejan, you mention your adjustments to the programs. Any chance you could share the file or talk me through what changes you made? I love this machine but I feel there is more I could get out of it.

Cheers!

Petite little belt buckle.

All up we were out around 4 hours at a park that has been flogged.

Funny how coin angles in the ground make so much of a difference with tones.
