great find if it is.

It weighs less than half of one tho, think the MD is about 26 gms???? This is about 9 from memory. I'll have to check again after work. The UK half crown is about 12 so that's close. Could have lost a couple of gms in its crustiness

Cheers ozzieAu, I see it as 1.i like to imagine there's still a little bit of everyone on them that's touched them in the past, a little bit of crud/dirt still from 150-200 yrs ago, some character that you just can't get back after it's gone.
2. im lazy.
Who knows, I may clean then up eventually
