I have absolutely no idea but it looks like it could be something worn around the wrist or something?? It's very lightweight as well, maybe for kids? Toylike :Y:

Back of a very small ladies wrist watch ? Maybe a bit too small but the sides look like they are for a wrist strap attachment. Here's a general picture of the back of a man's watch.

There's nothing on the back either, and there's just stars around the head, where writing usually is

Maybe a neck thing for clothing, you know, the way the woman had tight fitting neck clothing and something tied there to keep it in place... god forbid you might see a bit of neck showing lol

Pretty sure it's this one from a German manufacturer,
George Heyde's Dresden-based company produced cast lead soldiers and other figures from 1872, competing with Nurembug firms who produced much of the German lead soldier output.

Britannia 'young head' Queen Victoria halfpenny
Can't get an exact date but it's between 1838 and 1860
Side note, it's 28mm diameter, compared to ones 1860 onwards, which were 25 mm. Here's a pic for comparison
