Thanks guys for the great competition and thanks to whoever made the donation.
We've put a lot of effort into this. It's really quite technical so hopefully we got it right. After printing out the image we had to carefully cut them out, weigh each one individually then of course work out the specific gravity of photo paper and do a calculation compared to the estimated purity of the gold.

The result is 2.7g precisely.

Ps: If there's some discrepancy in the scales and we don't win we'd like to have the little green crystal in the pan please
