Finding chunky stuff like that either you had a careless China Man Miner or it has not seen the light of day.
The latter is what any one could hope for.
Way I pick an old China Man mine is all the neatly stacked rocks around.
Have a lot of respect for them in their method's.
.
How far away is the closest water source?.

There is a damn formed on kaolin I'm using that as my source. Massive day today I'm cactus don't even want to think about how much material I ran today, I really need a trommel pretty badly

What about the water situation in the area before the dam.?
You poor Bugga. :D
It must be a hard life.
Just think about the exercise and fresh air you are getting. :)
The Gold stuff comes third.

Everywhere else is dry except a bore resivoir and a fe other places I have permission to drain if need be, but without the proper equipment I'm afraid it's going to be out on hold

Ok so I've got some new Virgin ground I know for a fact, it's ancient and has never ever been touched

Never been touched or wasn't worth the old diggers time? Youd be surprised mate how much good gtpund had been bulldozed over by council as tailings.

I hope you're on a good wicket there next1m8 in sure you will hit it hard.

Now you just have to do some maths . Can run x tons per hour x gold quantity per ton x hours put it... youll have a "nissan" in no time cos real miners drive nissans lol

Build up slowly, It is not going to go any where fast mate.
Keep your thinking hat on. You are doing well. :D

Oh Noooo,
Not the Nissan's verses.......
.
Mate,
I got a Hilux. :D
.
Not Keen on Pootrols. :|
Danged fine vehicle but too heavy. ;)
Too heavy to pull out of a bog. 8)
Stuck a roller door motor in it. BT1 V6 Auto.
Flogs my mates pootrol.

Haha nothing wrong with hiluxs mate accept that transmission that hangs like a pair of old dog balls and a general lack of 4wd capability :) nah in all seriousness i nearly bought a hilux but came to my senses and bought a new gu. I like the gq shape still .

Any 4wd is a good investment in my mind. I recon my life took a massive turn for the positive when i got my first. Buying a 4wd will make alot of sense if you stick at it mate. And im sure you will. 3 grams per ton is just the start mate.

Agree on the investment. Mine has got me out of trouble more than I can say.
.
As for the general lack of 4x4,, Puh, 8)
Had mine in some funny places that would make a general bloke gape. :D
.
Will admit a few ponies helps.
Not being stupid either.

Just stirring the pot mate. Yeh its all about how you treat em mate. Im a bit rough with my mining truck but shes pyrpose built. Mighy pass it onto next1m8 one day eh :)

I want a nivara diesel

Well with a trommel and capable help I could run 2-3 tons in a good shift I've been thinking of building a decent portable wash plant

I've done basic equations so far, average of two to three grams a ton, I suppose it could have been not worth it to big companies but to someone like me if I can pull gold like I have been then it's worth it for me.

I just need a decent classifier because digging classifing and then running it through takes it's toll especialy when I have to wash rocks and that before I even run my classified material

So am I. LOL
.
Good Idea.
.
I have to get over to Ballarat one day soon. Have not been there for about 30 years.
Closest was up the Hamilton Hwy to Carpenter Rocks near Mt Gambier.
Looking back I should have gone through the rat.
I went via Geelong. :)

Me and horses dnt get along doug, we are two different animals both with our own agenda horse wants to stuff with me and I don't like being stuffed with, I want the horse to listen it says eff you

Never really been a helix man, however parts are easy available but very expensive to replace

Didnt mean the ground wasn't good enought for us these days mate. Back then why waste you time on 3 grams per tonne... that ****** ground in ballarat terms back then. Ive found stockpiled dirt that goes 15 grams to the tonne. Sometimes large companies were formed and they went for the big gold underneath. If the company was successful chinese wouldnt get access to the ground.

LOL,
Understood and agree.
Must admit the late model Hilux's don't live up to their name.
My old beast is a 1988. One of the very few with a factory 3 inch lift in it.

I've got plenty of horses in my SS it's just a bit of a mongrel to get out once I'm in, well I haven't even hit the stock piles yet from the old mining joint..

It's doing my head in something shocking
