Guess I'm a swinger now, bought a bowl for my car keys.

Got out for 1/2 an hour in a local park to try to get my head around the 305.

Seems simple enough, but I pretty much pressed go and off I went.

I purchased a 305 on Friday for $360 including postage, looking forward to hitting some old parks around my place.

You've done better than some starting off. Some of the lower denominations can be a lot harder to pick vs the goldies, so a good start.

hey silent bugler good job mate .. th 305 isnt a bad machine obviously i got one lol but ive found some awsome stuff too as silver knows .....( its garrett vs minelab with us lol ) once ya work out th numbers etc..youll be surprized wat youll pik up out th ground.. its just there under th surface waiting to be found happy hunting

Just FYI, covers all the x-terras, by Randy Horton. Sure many of you experts don't need it, but some good stuff for the noobs.
