Also look at specimens. Any visible gold, even like that in the picture, is worth more selling as a specimen that the gold it contains. You can go to mineral collectors at gem shows for example. Many a valuable specimen is effectively made worthless for a few cents of free gold in a bottle.

No I'm pretty sure it was made locally, same result though. Great little piece of equipment if you find an area that you want to test.

From what I have heard they are a bloody good unit.
Saves you from looking like Arnie.
Though it does impact the beer ratio at the end of the day.
Not so much work to do.

Good on ya davent, interested in the QED out comes, could well be a better investment than a rock crusher given you only have around 100kg.

Like SWright says (post 23) worth visiting a rockhound show, might save a few hours and provide better dividends.
