I've seen people with an Asian background who are amazingly dextrous in their use of chopsticks, whereas I'd struggle to get enough food from plate to mouth to keep myself alive, but the "fossicking chopsticks" mentioned in the Gumtree advert below have me stumped. Are these the new 'must have' detecting accessory?

So I can't see why anyone would use the sticks as an incentive to buy this detector ( if they are the said mentioned above item ) there must be more to it ?''! I hope someone comes up with an answer . I'm intrigued :)

People use pointy nose plyers for retrieving coins in the parks by only making a small cut in the grass' I guess chopsticks would work well' as the guts needs to be ground out of the plyers so they don't jam up with dirt, well that would be my guess....

Chopsticks would be good for removing targets without making a big hole when detecting parks. Sometimes my fingers aren't long enough to remove a coin that I can feel and I know is there, normally have to widen the hole slightly to recover some items. When removing targets with a screwdriver I can hear when it touches a coin, it makes a certain unmistakable sound.

But the chances are high a screwdriver will mark or damage the coin. So wooden chopsticks might just be a goer.

Now if they offered a bowl of instant noodles with the chopsticks, they might have a real winner!

Waddya reckon? ;)

You wing we bling..... :D
