a very short one RJ,... but spit over two spots,...one Silver from each spot(both places I'd done before with the old whites coinmaster in the past too) :D

Me too(getting out),... saw the gap in the daily routine and dove into it head first,.... was a sereene repreive from the normality of late, and I wallowed in my quiet solitude. ;) :D

1924 silver, very nice :D poor 5 cwnt coint hasn't had the best life..lol
I'm glad you to get out for a hunt!

And all that damage in just 7 years - yet 100+yr coins can come out looking so much better!

Mowers only been around for about 60 or so years, might help to account for something. :D

Your 62 sixpence looks nearly the same as mine, does it have quite a noticible gold tarnish on the faces (bit hard to tell from the pic)? Almost had to give mine a second look considering how gold it was.

Funny that,... yes in the inside light at night time(right now) any of the clearer spots where you can see the patina do have that ever so slight goldie tinge,... but you have to hold it the right way/tilt to see it GP. :D

last hunt of the year,.. just a few decimals to finish it off with.
But at least there was a 55cent coin spill that was not dropped before 2008. :D

Well (thanks to RJ) I went back through my 2015 posts and counted up what I could see and counted up 1,308 coins for last year,..... so the silver ratio must be a bit less than 10% for last years coin haul.
RJ, YOU ARE A LEGEND MATE, more than 1,000 coins than I found for last year,...youthful enthusiasm still in you yet cobber. ;)

Thanks everyone for looking and for the commenting over the last year, I'm chasing at the bit to get out for the first time this year,...I want to work on my fitness level this year as well, sorry to say it,but detecting is not giving me the aerobic exercise that my body is lacking for better fatness /fitness,.... so I've decided I need to take up early morning walking as well as detecting,.. walking has to come first this year,.... so I might try parking further away from my detecting spots to increase my exercisability in conjunction with my favorite hobby,.... I do want to be able to continue detecting for as many years as possible,..but ,.. I believe it will be the aerobic exercise that will put me in the best contention for continuity of the pursuit of silver (and happiness ). ;) :D

Silver, every target that you dig, if it's a goldie, do 10 push ups. If it's a BB, do 10 sit ups. If it's silver do a jig for 5 minutes.
Wow dan, I feel stuffed already mate,.. if I can get that one past subconscious I'll be doing well. :D

Maybe a go-find, hiking boots and a backpack should have been on the Xmas list Silver.

Been thinking of getting one to match the mountain bike, it is colour matching as well. :D Not sure how they go on the silvers but I like the idea of going bush and stopping when I see old bottle glass or broken china.
