Made a simple bi pod so I can try to get some video of digging coins. Less than an hour made from and old tripod and bits from the shed.
Also made a batch of my smoked chilli bbq sauce.

Like the bi pod. Good idea.

But I'm a bit more interested in the chilli sauce. I've got loads on at the moment and need a good recipe.

Thanks Hard luck. The recipe can be found in the 'Today I COOKED' thread here..... https://www.prospectingaustralia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=102762#p102762

My first season of growing some of the super hot varieties. You may also be interested in the chilli fans thread. https://www.prospectingaustralia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=10300

I also made this one a few weeks ago. Very tasty on some camembert and a bicky.

Have some Apache chilli on the go at the moment......80,000 Scoville heat units.

Might add some Red Savina Habanero and Chocolate Habanero but the SHU starts to go off the scale.

Sauces and Jams will be my big test.

Envy your talents RJ ;)

That should keep you running LC , there is another good recepie for Extreme High Energy Pemmican on the Essendon website c/o a Dr Dank I have been told , meant to be a beauty 8)

Today i made a trolley for the highbanker. i only usually get time for a day trip and carrying the banker, pump, hoses, pick, shovel, pans, buckets, food and fresh water i tend to use up most of my energy getting my stuff to the spot i want to go and back again.
i made this in a attempt to make the whole ordeal a little easier. left the backpack on the highbanker for those areas the trolly just wont go but it should definatly make the longer distances easier.
its basically just slapped together with parts from a second hand wheelbarrow and one of those bike things you stick your kids in and a couple of mountain bike wheels
Hopefully i will get to use it soon, will let you all know how it goes then.
