My wife made up a beautiful Beef Bourguignon yesterday. Last night we had it with basmati rice and tonite with potato bake--yummm my favourite meal on earth.
Jaros :p

When i get around to trying to post a pic i will for sure. We have 2 more meals left of the beef so i will do it in the next few days. I'm so full of onion, garlic, potato and beef in that red wine sauce--life is so wonderful with good food.

Cooked this lamb shoulder last week. (not today) :8

Bought a Dragon Kamado a cupla weeks ago, but only had a chance to use it last weekend due to the wintery days.
I was impressed how a little bit of cooking research and a great bit of gear in the Kamado coupled with no experience at all in the charcoal cooking world by myself, I was able to turn out this tasty morsel.....

This was after about 4 hrs on low heat and wrapped and rested in an esky for 1 hr.

Gotta have gravy!!!!!!

Turned out well and had a hint of the hickory smoke chips that smoked it. :)

This was the tastiest lamb roast I have cooked and I blame it all on the beer that was consumed whilst waiting for it! :D

Cheers,
Billy.

P.S. the steak knife wasn't needed..
