Bought a Dragon Kamado a cupla weeks ago, but only had a chance to use it last weekend due to the wintery days.
I was impressed how a little bit of cooking research and a great bit of gear in the Kamado coupled with no experience at all in the charcoal cooking world by myself, I was able to turn out this tasty morsel.....

This was after about 4 hrs on low heat and wrapped and rested in an esky for 1 hr.

This was the tastiest lamb roast I have cooked and I blame it all on the beer that was consumed whilst waiting for it!
