Almost hit that 1000 posts mark DrDuck,.... No pics here either but I'm pretty sure We had BBQ lamb Chops with Peas Corn and a very small serving of pasta(little bit of carbs),...Those chops were oven cooked in olive oil,..tender and yummy.

Made pork vindaloo, roti, cauliflower and peas, cucumber and yogurt, eggplant and onion pakora, but no pics, so by some peoples measure, it did not happen!

Sorry DrDuck,....that's just what they called them at the butchers,..I cooked them in the oven at 180 degrees for 1/2 an hour,...works well for me.

Want to get one of those Kamados!

Tonight's effort was southern fried wings and slaw.

Great looking wings DrDuck and thanks for the recipe.

Hey Hard Luck. As a start, try Masterfoods all purpose seasoning (the spicy one). It works really well. Make sure the marinade is distinctly spicy and salty, as it won't taste as spicy and salty when it is cooked. I like to put in some extra chilli powder and white pepper, depending on whether kids are involved. If starting from scratch, the basic mix is salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt and chilli.

Very much appreciated DrDuck. I will endeavour to put these ones on the menu.

Heres my effort from last Saturday night. Dry cured pork bellies smoking away getting turned into bacon.
