I make my own BBQ sauce, ( with bourbon in it). Made a fresh batch yesterday and left it at home. :mad:

Hi Joao. The salmon might be a bit rank by the time it gets to you. If you are ever over this way I will cook a meal for you. :D

slipped disc. Fries = yuk I'm trying to eat healthy. This getting older is a pain in the backside.

The secret is to use enough eggs, rest the batter, make sure the batter is not too thick, use a stick mixer to get plenty of air into the mix just before cooking, and then put the batter into a well heated muffin tray using beef dripping, and put the tray on the gas to get really hot while pouring in the batter. Then into a hot oven.
