Pit temp was steady at around 115C.

Leg of lamb. bone off, front portion. On the kamado today. Not the biggest fan of leg on the kamado as it can get a bit dry but all good. Lamb sandwiches coming up for the next day or two.
Also made a big pot of lentil soup.
