Hadn't cooked a low and slow pork for quite a while so threw one on the kamado last Friday night. Just in time for Saturday lunch and dinner. With some sexy time purple coleslaw.

Had a couple of Smoked Chookens in the freezer. I looked online for some inspiration and decided to do a smoked chicken chowder. Turned out bloody delicious.
