So after a week of bad weather and itching to get out and dig!! My brother and I decided to brave the cold and the wet and get out and try the new highbanker he got.So in the early morning I arrived at my brothers (Luke's) keen to get out there so about 3 coffees later we packed up our gear and headed of for the 2 hour journey which felt like 5 hours I was that keen.SAo we finally got to our spot not expecting to find to much as we are still very green when it comes to highbanking (not prospecting) so expected to have trouble running the highbanker. We thought we would pan an area first to make sure there was gold there.First pan I did 5 good specs! Looked at the bro and said yep this is the spot! We then proceeded to run the highbanker for about 3 hours before weather rolled in arrrr! But we were happy with what we had done in short time we then packed up the highbanker and called it while taking the matts out I could already see some nice little peices in there so was looking good! Main goal was not to loose any out the box and didn't worked great. So finally arriving at home tired,sore but still eager to find out what we got panned most of it out and yep manage to do pretty good for 3 hours. All in all good day out testing the brothers gear and abit of yellow to show yeeeoo ps(all holes for filled back in)will post a video as soon as I can.
