The only way to stop it is to police it. Permits or some registration to camp and so on. It's the only way it can be traced. As for locals well, the more they dump the closer it gets to home.

You should hear it when the head PIG mows the yard ..... He moves nothing just runs the mower over every thing
It is unreal .
That photo was the mid year pic .
Twice a year I take a photo and go to the council .
Council go and have a look ..................... Then pay for a rubbish skip to be put there for the slobs to clean up there rubbish tip
The ***** that makes its way into my yard is unreal
And no I did not steal there wheelie bin it has been full ( over flowing ) near there front door for over 6 months now ( YUKKY )

The worst I think is the asbestos.

Last time we went out to Elaine, walked over a mullock heap and there in the pit was a giant clear plastic bag of AC sheet.

At least it was in a bag. Drove past a spot I wanted to look at last trip and ther was at least half a ton of old asbestos roofing plus pipes just dumped in the open. Be good to know we're it came from so I could collect some and take it and dump it in there front yard

Wow that would be tough living next door to **** like that .unfortunately the kids will grow up thinking that's normal behavior and probably perpetuate the behavior .(not there fault but they don't learn any better)
