Mate i generally dont clean them up. I do what i can to get a date and or identify the coin but thats about it.
There is no value to the majority of dug coins , cleaning will only reduce that value and you probably wont get it looking like a new coin anyway.

I went for a drive to follow up on a lead.
The lady of the house (no it wasnt the 'Bucket woman') seemed very dubious about my intentions .
She didnt say 'no' ... she took my name and phone number, and said she would talk to her husband tonight and let me know

Anyway ... on the way home i stopped at a spot that looked very inviting

Im certainly not disappointed but i wouldnt mind finding some of the bigger ones
Doing Cartwheels over Silver there Sandta, come a long long long way up that track they call a learning curve (all the way to master of the arts) while I was gone walkabout.

Alas ... no silver today (well,not yet anyway )
I did howerver get VERY excited when this came out of the ground
I scoured the surrounding area for about an hour but couldnt find its contents
Can anyone remember the numbers to be looking out for?

Got heaps of other bits n bobs , but this one is pretty cool
