What’s the best/safest way to approach a land owner with an open/unlocked gate to start a conversation about accessing a river via their property?
So many of these River locations are locked up on private land, many owners of which rightfully so will just tell you to piss off. In your opinion what is the best way to approach someone? Throw on a high vis shirt to not look sketchy and rock up with some beers? What has worked for you guys
