Largest patches and vaping (it has no nicotine ) when i need it
Temper has been on a short fuse but getting better lol

You shouldn't but I have nico to add to vapes from back when I went vaping, vaping worked for me but it upset ulcers like Jack daniels did.
If you can live without nico, do so , its a quicker road to recovery.
I also have 20 odd flavours, from memory Winfield and a maple syrup flavour were my go to ones, been 4 or 5 years since I vaped...

november 2017 ,went cold turkey after about 6 try's of patches and chewy

first 48 hours is the hardest dave

i put about 1/2 50g packet, 1and 1/2 packets of tally ho papers and the cig lighter in a bag and cryovac it just in case ,it is still sitting in the pantry where i put it :lol:

I gave up the smokes on 8th August 2012 the day they took my bladder, 2 feet of intestine, 20 lymph nodes, appendix and my prostate from a cancer tumour in my bladder. Smoking sux.

Yeah mate took a couple of years to come good though.
I will never be 100 % but not far off.

Went for a run today weight was 3009 never had a problem went like a dream
