Laanecoorie Gold Bash and the QED

Did anyone get to see the QED in action at the Bash? I wasn't able to attend but was very interested to see how easy it is to use and how effective it is. There was mention that it might be demonstrated at the bash.

It went quite cheap i think , $1200ish from memory. Didnt get to have a demo unfortunately ?

The QED donated by Howard and Pete auctioned for $1,700. A good result for the Peter Mac fundraiser.
I only attended one demo, but several were held, resulting in the sale of four machines. The new setup certainly looks more apealling than the first release, although the internals are mostly unchanged.
