If I win Lotto then it would be great to buy a lease in the R16 mining reserve at Maytown.
Are these ads kosher (first one looks pretty comfy) & what sort of price would they be asking?

The first pic is Dan's place, a top spot, freehold block.....good money wanted for it, if I had the money to spare, I would buy it.
I think GM told me he wanted around 350.

Second pic is east of the main highway, and a prospect that I gave info on to some people!!!!
More ground has been pegged in there and there is good gold there. Mike is the owner I think now.......
I actually like that ground because it is in the headwaters of the Palmer and not overly mined.....
And you can, mostly, get to it in the wet season....
But........there is a good operator in that area now... I'd be wary of the price...

That being said....... I know of a couple of leases for sale in the Palmer river area!!!

There are area's that are different...
Nth Palmer, Tiapans and night tigers etc
Palmer itself, bugger all!!
But hey. its the bush. and take all reasonable care eh!
