Small round ring of stones denotes an Asian Grave.
The person would probably have been buried so the Relations could come back later, Burn what is left then scatter the ash's back home.
Or sit them in the Family shrine.

NA This one's still there. He/she wasn't going anywhere. Rocks to stop animals and or flies.

Or easier than digging a grave, just dump the sluice waste on top. In an artistic manner.

Graves to me are part of our history and heritage. :) :)
Totally agree on disturbance. Leave them alone.
Yes, By all means report any exposed finds but not go looking with a shovel.
I would not even post coordinates of where they are.
Some people still practice Dark Arts and a real skull is a very powerful thing to use.
I am sure that the law allows real human bone for research but a skull is highly illegal.
I may be quoting American Laws but I do not want to know as it does not interest me.
There naturally are very hard laws around disturbing a grave let alone destroying heritage sites.
And yes, There are instances of Old Graves been dug up and the contents removed for some sick perverted cause.
.
And to put a final cap on this, Some types of disease can stay active for over 100 years within the bone structure.

Uh oh,.. look at these old bones(I'm taking them home),...Oopps I've caught the plague,.... still,... i might just pop down town for a burger,... this is the way it would pan out nowadays with the way people have ended up thinking,.... the new and improved youths that never could shut up and learn will end up bringing about an end of humanity,....... oh hang on, I forgot about anti biotics,..... well all of the above if we ever run out of powdery green oranges or mouldy bread(ha).
