I have found quite a few very small ones when I was trying to see if the Z could do as well as the SDC. Unfortunately my scales dont read well below .03 so I have included pics to show it does read .03 and then some that dont even register.

All were found on mullock heaps using high yield, difficult and a high sensitivity (cant remember exactly but it did vary depending on conditions).

A few of my small ones. Have to admit I do leave them now as it takes too much time digging through the scrapes to find those tiny ones.

Just to give an idea of scale, the top left larger speccie is 2 grams, the middle larger one is only .5 gram.

The Z is an awesome machine that will find all sizes as long as you arent afraid to play with the settings and listen to what the machine is telling you.

Got a small bit a couple days ago, just looking up how small others are getting. Pretty small by the looks of it. This bit was in a chunk of conglom, near the surface or might have even been right on top. Cracked it up when I got home and was a little bit surprised to find gold. Got it soaking in acid, will weigh it when it's finished. But smaller than a shotgun pellet.

Ive found a few very small pieces that just register on scales not sure how accurate they are at such low weight and also found things that dont even register on scales.
High yield/ normal
Sensitivity 20
SP01 on 5-9 ish varying on different pieces
Threshold 23-26
