Ha ha. Copping the same here in Tassie but it's probably about 15 degrees colder, got 2 dogs wrapped around my legs. And a big congratulations to Mr and Mrs Flowerpot. I'm yet to find a golden anniversary pressy for my wife so you're not alone.

Good evening all. Melb got a fair bit of rain the past two days - just hope it went north too - we need water in the creeks!

I'm not really into detecting, but it seems a common problem with people setting up 5000 and 7000 detectors. And I have to wonder, are they getting too complicated now?

And a big congratulations to Mr & Mrs Flowerpot - that's a great innings! Hope you get at least 33 more! :beer: :flowers: And if you believe in Numerology, they would tell you that anything with a double digit in it, is supposed to be lucky - so it's a good luck year ahead for you!

I do find the 5000 a bit complicated sometimes, for me its about becoming familiar with what the settings mean and do, which involves lots of reading and remembering and practice in the field. I like learning stuff tho. :goldnugget:

It would be nice if the 33 does mean a good luck year, I like the sound of that.
